Added the ability to use a dynamic path for source files.
See the thread in this post for the backstory on this feature Adding outside PDFs to dynamic job
ReportWORQ now has a Dynamic Report Path property to accommodate the use case where you need to dynamically include a PDF or Excel file by a specific name or path based on a ReportWORQ parameter. The lightning bolt icon in the Report list indicates that this feature is in use. The new properties menu item can be accessed to set the report path and can include references to other parameters. Follow-on work to support this same functionality in the Additional Attachments section is logged for a future release.
Added Repeater MDX support for referencing other parameters.
If you’re using the MDX or SQL Query parameters, you can now reference other parameters in the query. This is most useful when you want to override a portion of the query from an API call or using a Burst Set. For example, assuming there are 50 recipients in the Burst Sets screen and each has a similar SQL query with a slightly different where clause, we can now have 1 base query and use a parameter like a variable in a portion of the query. Also, if the parameter provides a list of values, then the query will be executed multiple times for each entry. This functionality is similar to the MDX Repeater parameter, but with greater flexability.
Added Azure AD Integration support & configurable password complexity
In the Integrations screen you can now find a new section for Authentication where you can configure password complexity and other requirements for native security or switch to use Microsoft Entra ID (formally known as Azure Active Directory). To use Microsoft Entra you will need to configure an Azure App Registration and provide the necessary configuration information to ReportWORQ. After restarting ReportWORQ, the new Initial Configuration Wizard will appear which will allow you to configure your admin user account
Configuration Wizard for initial local installation.
For new ReportWORQ installations we now have an configuration wizard to help get you up and running quickly.
