ReportWORQ Workspaces
Several customers have expressed interest in expanding their use of ReportWORQ to include other teams that have similar Report Distribution needs. The new Workspaces feature makes it easy to allow other users to leverage ReportWORQ without having to share content or datasource signons. With this feature, ReportWORQ users can access dedicated and isolated team workspaces with their own set of Jobs and Datasource connections. Workspaces documentation is located here: Workspaces

Audit Log Viewer
In November we released a new Audit Log feature to any changes, job execution or login activity performed in ReportWORQ. In this release, we’ve added a viewer in the Administration screen to make it easier to the audit log entries directly in ReportWORQ

SharePoint Select Folder
Determining the correct SharePoint folder URL for distribution is not always straightforward and may not consistently match the URL displayed in a browser session. To simplify this process, ReportWORQ now offers a SharePoint folder selector to assist with the task. The selector can be accessed by clicking the button to the right of the “SharePoint Location” field on the distribution screen.

Database Changes

Changes made to the database in this release are not backward compatible. ReportWORQ version 5.0.0.57 (September Release) or newer will automatically create a backup of the Repository Folder upon upgrading. If you’re running a version older than 5.0.0.57 then it is recommended that a manual backup of the repository folder is made by creating a zip archive of the Repository folder in the installation directory. Contact support for assistance if it is necessary to downgrade to a previous version after upgrading to this version.
