User Experience Changes on the Distribution Screen

  • The process for selecting format and destination has been simplified.

  • Users can now distribute files of different formats, allowing for destination-specific settings, such as the option to Zip files.

  • The Variables sidebar has been removed to create more space; these options are now available by clicking a button within each text editor.

  • The history and test screens will now show all generated and included files in the General section. Additionally, they will indicate which files are distributed to each destination in the following sections.

General

  • All sidebars have been refactored to be consistent.

  • Configuration view settings were added to the Administration recovery page.

  • Added the ability to see and copy file paths for reports in the report properties.

  • Added the ability to download files from the report selection dialog.

  • Added the ability for administrators to monitor workspace status.

  • Added a new REST API endpoint.

  • For PowerPoint distribution, added support for deselecting worksheets in the Reports screen of the Job Editor.

  • Fixed issue adding a new admin user via the wizard for a fresh install.

  • Fixed issue with blank parameters not being included in the job and appearing in the job history.

Distribution

  • Added support for the IBM Planning Analytics TM1VAL formula.

  • Added support for the IBM Planning Analytics hierarchies.

  • Added support for the use of Word and PowerPoint source files to output as PDFs.

  • Added an .xlsm file type distribution option.

  • Added Fit to Height and Fit to Width options on the Distribution screen for PowerPoint output.

  • Fixed an issue with moving a job to a different folder before saving.

Contribution

  • Made several performance improvements for large Contribution campaigns.

Reporting

  • Fixed issue where ReportWORQ-specific named ranges were being left exposed.
