Writeback email setup
Quote from Andy McIntosh on July 13, 2023, 3:56 pmI am currently trying to get email set up for Writeback, but have been told it may be a dead end since we use Exchange Online for our email services. Are there other options?

Quote from Andy Weiss on July 13, 2023, 6:33 pmThe writeback functionality monitors an email inbox using the POP3 protocol. Exchange Online supports POP3 for email accounts, it just needs to be enabled for the account that ReportWORQ uses. Exchange Online may no longer support Basic Authentication for POP3, but it does offer OAuth2 authentication which ReportWORQ supports. If you need to use OAuth2 authentication you can find details on configuring that here: Office 365 OAuth2
Thank You,
