New: Track your support tickets in the Reportworq Help Center
Quote from Karen Hewitt on July 22, 2026, 6:47 amGood news! You can now create an account in our Help Center and see every support ticket you've submitted to us, along with its current status, all in one place.
Until now, once you emailed us or opened a ticket, you had to wait for our replies to land in your inbox to know where things stood. Now you can sign in any time and check for yourself.
Once you register, you'll be able to:
- See all the tickets you've submitted or you are CC'ed on
- Check the current status of each one (open, pending, solved)
- Keep a running history of your past requests in one spot
How to get set up:
- Go to our Help Center: https://reportworq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- Click Sign in, then select Emailed us for support?
- Enter the email address you've used to contact us and request a password link
- Check your inbox for that link and use it to set your password
- Sign in and the tickets you've submitted will appear under your account
One quick tip: use the same email address you already email support from. That's what links your existing tickets to your account, so they'll all be there waiting for you.
Having trouble signing up or don't see a ticket you expected? Just reply to this post or open a ticket and we'll help you get sorted.
