New Releases: Reportworq 5.0.0.93 and Reportworq 6.0.0.3
Quote from Karen Hewitt on September 11, 2026, 7:48 amWe have two releases to tell you about. The latest official release for Reportworq 5 and Reportworq 6.
Reportworq 5.0.0.93
If you are on 5.0.0.91 we recommend updating to 5.0.0.93. Below is a summary of the updates that went into 5.0.0.93 but full details can be found here.
Scheduling
- Fixed the issue behind this release: a single schedule with a missing or duplicate identifier could cause every schedule to vanish from the Scheduler. Schedules now stay intact.
- Schedule events are correctly scoped to their workspace, so schedule data in one workspace can no longer affect another.
IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) - if you are migrating to PA V12 please upgrade to this version at a minimum
- Dynamic reports and active forms render correctly against Planning Analytics V12, which enforces stricter, hierarchy-qualified MDX. This also covers TM1RPTTITLE / TM1RPTVIEWTITLE output.
- SUBNM and DIMNM no longer log a false "invalid dimension attribute" warning for subsets configured to display element names.
- PA V12 needs a new Reportworq TI process to replace the ExecuteCommand with ExecuteHTTPRequest
- TM1ELLIST has different default behavior in PA V12 requiring you to add a 0 to the IndentRate the 7th parameter in the formula if you are using this to comprise a list of elements to submit to a relational query so that it will remove the indentation around the elements
Workday Adaptive
- OfficeConnect reports that expand accounts grouped by an account attribute now render the complete account detail. Previously only the accounts under the first member of the grouping appeared.
- Zero-suppressed expansions keep every row's account name aligned with its numbers after a refresh, even when the server's member list has grown since the workbook was saved.
- Expansions are repaired in place when the server's element list has changed since the workbook was saved.
Distribution & output
- Fixed a rare timing issue where running several jobs at once could distribute an extra, mislabeled "Evaluation Warning" file alongside your normal output.
- Fixed a case where a job name containing a space could produce a malformed request-file path in the cloud REST API TI process.
- The REST API "Run Job" sample TI process now writes a unique per-run log file, so concurrent runs no longer overwrite each other's logs.
Platform & administration
- Fixed a rare startup timing issue on servers whose repository sits on a network or loopback share, where a cold reboot could reset settings.json (including the Web App host name) and break load-balancer connections.
Reportworq 6.0.0.3
Below is a summary of the updates in the official 6.0.0.3 release but full details can be found here.
Connectors & data sources
- New QuickBooks Online and Workday Financials connectors, plus a guided field-based Snowflake setup.
- CData-based sources (HubSpot and others) connect cleanly from Linux and Docker, and cloud sign-ins complete on servers with no local browser.
IBM Planning Analytics
- Dynamic reports, active forms, and job execution work against Planning Analytics v12 and PAaaS, including a native Turbo Integrator sample (no PowerShell) and clearer "IBM SaaS (MCSP)" labeling.
- The spurious MEMBER_NAME warning is gone.
Report authoring & output
- PDF bookmarks are configured in one place on the Reports screen, with multi-level, multi-section trees.
- A single job parameter can fill several cells at once, and grouped reports no longer shift cells with a stray blank row.
Contribution input forms
- Forms render accurately, with correct row heights, frozen labels, merged headers, and print areas.
- A recalled form is immediately editable again, with the right status and an accurate "My Input Forms" badge.
Distribution & scheduled jobs
- Hosted AI Insights, custom workspace fonts, and burst-set recipients all carry through scheduled and distributed jobs.
- SharePoint and OneDrive source reads retry transient network errors instead of failing the run.
Security & administration
- Rotate stored secrets through a secure, audited API.
- Add users and switch authentication providers without setup-wizard detours.
- Application logs are kept for the full retention you configure, and the reader-visibility toggle now reads the right way round.
Deployment & platform
- Upgrade or downgrade Docker deployments from the Software Versions screen
- Source custom fonts and reports from built-in workspace file storage
- Migrate a Reportworq 5 repository reliably
- Open the version 6 documentation from in-app Help
