Another new version of ReportWORQ is here!
We are happy to announce the latest version of ReportWORQ with some exciting new enhancements! In this latest update we have added the ability to create a repository backup from the configuration screen. Backing up your jobs has never been easier. Whether a user is migrating environments or updating from a much older version, you can now quickly and easily create a backup of your entire repository.
Many of our users have Excel workbooks with very large amounts of named ranges. We have recently made some changes that will improve performance when working with large workbooks with numerous named ranges.
We have also made some improvements to our Scheduler. The Scheduler will no longer run jobs, on restart, that were scheduled to run more than 30 minutes before the restart. We have also added the ability to provide a whitelist and blacklist option for custom calendars and business days in Schedules. We will be creating a new forum post with more details on this feature in two weeks. I hope you check it out!
Important Announcement
We would like to call out an issue with older versions of ReportWORQ. Older versions of ReportWORQ automatically created an account with the name “Admin” and the email address ‘Admin@mycorp.com’. If you are still using this legacy ‘Admin’ account, then after upgrading you will need to log in using the email address ‘Admin@mycorp.com’ instead. It is recommended that users create a new account with a valid email address for the ReportWORQ administrator and then delete the legacy Admin account.
Have a great month!
