    Hello! Since I am new to the Reportworq company, I figured that maybe I should introduce myself to you all!  My name is Karen Hewitt and I am the new Head of Customer Success here at Reportworq.  My role is make sure our customers are getting the most they can out of our product!  I came to work at Reportworq after being a customer of the product for over six years.  In my previous finance/systems roles I was an IBM TM1 Developer, FP&A team member, and Reportworq Admin.  I look forward to connecting with you all here at the forum and helping everyone learn more about all the capabilities of Reportworq!

    I'll be reaching out to customers via email as well for quick introductions and check-ins so be sure to keep an eye out!
